I believe Sync is a Microsloth product. How long before your new Ford catches a virus?

Why buy a new car for Wifi when you can just get the mobile hotspot from Verizon?
http://www.amazon.com/Novatel-Mobile-Ho ... B0029ZAJ0K

Just what you need...a car that can be hacked--"netjacked?"

Looks I'll be keeping my carburated car for the forseeable future

Thats like I don't understand getting nav systems from the dealer with the cost of Gps's . I am afraid that big screen will soon look as stupid as my analog phone control on the dash of my 99 MB. It does have sweet phone with big huge cord in the armrest though, really impresses chicks at stop lights.

Cline - How long until we see *increases* in insurance rates based on the presence of these devices.

Hell, double the premiums for those with BMW's iDrive system.
