I think both files are pretty large. I mentioned that to Steve before posting them. Steve is currently having to get someone else to put these together for him, so he says he has little control over the file size. I got them both to open for me, but it took a while for one of them. That's about all I can offer.

Good. I'll mention to him again that file size may be causing people issues. I suspect it may have to do with images he's using; that they haven't been downsized.

Has there been a change as to getting the code for upcoming events? There is no event code on either the June or July pdf's so folks can early register. I have a member asking me where to get the code and I'm stumped...

As I said in an earlier "H&T is up" post, I'm no longer creating a totally separate H&T for the web from the one Steve is sending out in the mail. He's making the "paper" H&T into a PDF and I'm uploading that "as is" to our webspace. I'll remind Steve about adding the passcode before making his PDF. For the paper H&T, it shows up on the mailing label, which is probably why he forgot about adding it separately for the online version.

I'm not yet at home to check this, but I *think* the passcode that should have been on the July H&T is NOV30. As well as reminding Steve, if I can remember, I'll post the code each month in the same forum notice letting y'all know when the online H&T is up.

Send this question to autocross@thscc.com. I'm kinda (actually more like totally) out of the action loop these days, so I don't even know when, where, or who's hosting the NCAC.

I actually just sent a note to the VP's on this... we're hosting this year in Sanford, and details are in the works.... clarifications to follow soon.
