Probably not many of you know David Stone. He was a long time club member, and a Car Guys instructor, from way back in the day. He's selling his '90 Civic hatchback track car, and asked me to post the details here.
FS: 1990 Civic DX Hatchback This was my daily driver / track / autocross car. It has 175k miles on it. It has a Dennis Shaw built D16 engine that is legal for IT racing. The new engine has approximately 32k miles on it. It has an aftermarket intake, a DC sports header, and a 2-1/4" exhaust. It has ground control coil overs with tokico adjustable shocks and a suspension techniques adjustable rear sway bar. Most of the interior has been removed along with the sound deadening to reduce weight. It has a 4 point autopower roll bar. Included are 3 extra sets of rims, 2 - 13" and 1 - 14". Asking $3200.

Editorial comment: my memory of this car is that it was really fast. Dennis Shaw is quite an engine builder and I'm sure the motor is very good. I haven't seen the car in many years, so I can't speak for its condition.
David is good people, and if I wanted an EF hatchback, I'd have probably bought this one long ago. Just the motor is worth what he's asking for the entire car.
