I never said it would get a spot in my garage (or that my garage was 'nice' or 'neat'), but for the record, both our cars fit again (plus a kart and a tire trailer):

When I was buying my RX-8 I looked high and low for a yellow or blue one, but none were for sale within 150 miles and those that were for sale were out of my price range.

Good luck with the sale.
