i realize that most people don't go home shopping on their local car forum but worth a shot...

our home is going on the market very shortly, but if anyone wants to save some money and work out a private deal i'm all ears. contemporary 3700 sq ft home in north raleigh (off six forks a little north of 540), built in 1998, recent hvac, paint, flooring, granite, and appliances, huge deck overlooking a large fenced back yard on a wooded one acre lot. not in a subdivision so no hoa, not in city so low taxes, oversize side entry two car garage with plenty of parking for additional cars at the end of driveway. plus it's only five min away from the fredrickson's house with a lift that i personally guarantee you can use whenever you want :)

probably going on the market in the low 400s but a private sale that eliminates realtor fees would definitely lower the price. contact me (jtower at gmail) asap if you or someone you know would like more details.
