2003 BMW K1200RS for sale. Bike is currently on Craiglist for $5995. Would willing to sell to a Tarheel member for the low no haggle price of $5500 (maybe a bit lower for cash). This is a fantastic sports touring motorcycle, I'm just not riding it as much as I should be lately so it's time for it to move to a new home. Mileage is approximately 31,XXX. Oil and filter recently changed. The Tires have about 70% life left in them. I wouldn't hesitate to get on this bike are ride to California tomorrow. It has BMW side cases and a Givi top box, Ztechnik exhaust, ABS, and electronic cruise control. This bike can be set up to fit many different riders due to the adjustable pegs, handlebars and seat. Help fund my readdiction to Autocross.

Told the wife about this and sent her a pic. Wife said to spend what I want on the stang, but, no way in hell you’re buying a bike unless you divorce me. Hummmmm….

I didn't know you had this, that is my bike exactly except I have the white city lids. A fantastic bike.

I haven't had too much interest in this so the price has been lowered to $6450 on craiglist. I'd take $6000 from a tarheel member (maybe even a bit less for cash).

Thanks for your interest.

Shawn

The BMW motorcycle is still for sale. I've had a bunch of interested folks come look at it, make offers, etc, but they all end up bailing at the last minute. Anyhow I've lowered the price to $5995. I'd even be willing to look at trades for a car of equal value? I don't really want another car but maybe something interesting will pop up?

Beautiful bike - GL with the sale. I already have my 'dream bike' so I'm not interested, but yours looks fantastic.

I come to this thread and just stare at the pictures with naughty thoughts on my mind. It's such a beautiful bike.

Someone buy this and love it like it deserves, dammit!
