Sock seat belts are not immune, they fade, harden, and wear and should be
replaced. We have failed many vehicles with worn out stock belts.
Thats one of the most comman reasons vehicles fail track tech. The problem
is when vehicles are over 10 years old they are no longer supported and OEM
belts may not be avaiable or the cost is more than a good set of good competition belts.
