Is that you in some of those scenes Jason?

If so... curious how you thought it compared to what Chuck did on South Course?

yeah not too many nsx owners track their cars so if you see a red one it's probably me :)

it wasn't dissimilar to chuck's thing, but more racing oriented rather than focusing on being a better "driver". for example, replace "sensory awareness" exercise with "three wide" exercise. replace "smooth brake release" exercise with "leapfrog passing" exercise. and the simulated start drills were terrific fun, we did five of those followed by several hot laps (open passing, no points) and then a graduation race. sadly only six cars did the race so it wasn't as fun as it might otherwise have been.

Not to be a thread hi-jacker, but Butler's burnt out and tired of being "King of Busted Stuff" and things taking too long.

After blowing up the Miata in May, I missed going down to CMP in June because the Excursion died on the side of the road(in G'ville).

Completed repairs and renewed confidence in Excursion July 4th weekend. I now know more than I want to about 7.3L PSDs and am an owner of AutoEnginuity.

Good stuff Jason. I hope to be there soon.

I would have had the engine and tranny in the Spec E30 over the 4th, but the used clutch I got turned out to not be such a good deal. With luck I should have the parts I need for dropping them in this coming weekend.

I hope to finish painting the interior this week.

I HATE PREPPING FOR PAINT.

Then I have to fit the dash, sort out the wiring, install the seat, harnesses and steering wheel, drop the rear out and install the rear suspension and get a front glass in...wah, wah, wah wah :)

Well, since you started it... What happened to the Excursion?

--Karl, again a member of the 7.3L PSD family, so I hate to see a "man down..."
