So, does anyone make a box that will interface with existing Motorola radio plugs that racers use for helmet communications now and let two people in the same car talk? Having to use a push-to-talk button is fine. I know people sometimes use motorcycle setups and the like, but the ones of those I'm familiar with all use yet another headphone and microphone setup. I'm not above hacking if I have to, just curious if something already exists for this.

Speaking of hacking...How bout looking at what the rally guys use? They have some sort of intercom between the driver and the nut job in the passenger seat.

Simon? What do you have in the Focus??

I've never been any good in it, so maybe I am above hacking!

I'd be curious. I'm sure the chatterbox is fine, but it uses a different connector setup than the IMSA style connector we use now with the Motorola radios and the Racing Radios setup. It can likely be adapted, but I'd like to avoid having to do that if possible. Well, I'd like to avoid doing it myself, I should say. I'd have no problem buying an adapter.
