Heads-up to all who haven't driven Roebling Road, or who are sittin' on the fence about making the pilgramage to Savannah:

Still plenty of slots available, especially in Novice and Intermediate groups. This is probably the best "learning" track on our circuit, and it looks like there will be lots of open track, especially in those two groups.

Frankly, we could use a few more HPDE entries from the Club. What a great Father's Day present! Plus a chance for a night on the town in Savannah!

Registration Link is on the THSCC.com website.

To add to brad's post Roebling has been repaved which means it will offer up LOADS of grip even for street tires! Will be just boat loads of fun!

It is a very "novice" friendly course with long sweeping turns and few blind turns. Generally lots of run off room though seldom used in our events. Combine that with the attractions of Savannah and you have it all. Take a couple extra days and enjoy the waterfront or the historical side of the town. Come join us! I promise it will be fun!

Looks like we need quite a few beginners and intermediate drivers if you're out there and on the fence!

Right now the green group only has about 8 cars in it, the yellow group maybe 10 or 11.

So lots of open, traffic free driving if you want in!

Also... those of you advanced drivers and instructors, still room for the Friday lapping and/or instructor clinic as well

Friday's always been open to all advanced drivers... the only caveat is that their MSR account needs to be "approved" (meaning we've checked references and/or they've driven with us before) before they can register online. Its open to intermediate drivers too who have prior roebling experience with sign-offs.

BUMP.

Still have several slots available in Green and Yellow groups.
A few left in Blue.

This is a great opportunity to drive on the teaching track built by SCCA and recently repaved. The grip's gotta be great!

If you haven't driven on track, this is the best, most comfortable track to see if you enjoy a little speed... 8)

Sure could use some more THSCC participants. Couple of caravans already started for Thursday and Friday.

Why doesn't anybody who is a member of any other club such as BMW, Mazda, RX-? Rotarys, SCCA, etc... OR has access to their forums since MANY other clubs allow participation by non-members... post a heads up there ASAP given the eleventh hour...

Jes a suggestion...

Well... I've hit the NCEuro forums hard, and they've responded pretty well. Bimmerforums doesn't allow any direct promoting of events (considered the same as trying to sell a product, which is not allowed except for sponsoring vendors).

Of course, most clubs that host events won't go out of their way to promote someone else's events. That's not to say they'd quiet any members mentioning it, but I doubt any would send anything out directly promoting someone else's event.

Not only that, we are up against NASA at Rockingham and Mazda on Grand East... so I can't thank enough the people who have already signed up.

But yeah... any help anyone can give on other forums you may frequent, by all means, just send them this link: www.tzcthscc.motorsportreg.com

Mark V. usually posts on CF in the Track section for the Kentucky Plastic Fantastic boys. This year you are right ahead of an NCM event at VIR Full so you can count them out.

Problem is Chin is there for 2 days right behind them. So the true track whores are getting 4 days on VIR Full. I think it's more a matter of $$$ and travel. Usually Mark gets some response from them. The upside is now the NCM is doing Corvette track/school days (HPDE) there is a whole new group of potential ho's coming  About time someone woke up the NCCC group.

I'll be there if my parts show up later this week.
