Here's a very few shots I got at VIR when I wasn't trying to keep warm.
Everyone had a great time in spite of the cold. MUCH better than last year's weather!

Gwen... nice pics! Those were taken from the balcony of the paddock suites right?!

Nice meeting you BTW :D

Mark Boudoucies was there Sunday taking pics for us (about 1000 so I'm told) and he's processing them now as we speak. I'll let everyone know when they are available for viewing/purchase. F&S Enterprises was also there and should have some pics up on their site for purchase as well (www.fandsenterprises.com)

Here are a couple examples from Mark's stuff of me:

Money can't buy happiness, but somehow it's more comfortable to cry in a Porsche than a Kia.

I think it's a good idea to do a HPDE in your daily driver, at least once, anyway. It is driver education after all and what better car to know the limits of than the one you put the most mileage on. I've toyed with the idea of bring out my DD ('99 Mercury Sable, ooh :D ) rather than the Contour SVT track car just to see how the DD handles near the limit. Although with stock engines & suspensions and street tires on both cars there may not be much difference in my case.

Who is this? I saw him on the road a couple of weeks ago and liked his stripes. Not the normal stripe down the length of the car.

at my first track evnt there was and F350/150/fsomething Lightening in my group. The guy was super quick and would totally waist a set of brake pads ever session. Believe me you were quick to give a point by when you would look in your review mirror and see a blue oval with questionable brakes knowing that the next turn was bitch!
