Looking for sources of 100 Octane Race gas. May need to buy some tomorrow before heading to Rockingham.

I know about the BP in Garner at the corner of Highways 70/50. That is where I often go. But...

1) Are there any other good places in the Raleigh, Cary, (or Wake Forest) area?

2) Is there anyplace near Rockingham itself? I would think so...

Thanks,

From an old thread- Steve Ashworth's race shop in Fuquay has (or had) race fuel, 100 and 114 octane.

I don't know of any place near the Rock that has race fuel- the town of Rockingham is not that close to the track itself and I don't remember anything between the track and the Southern Pines area that has race fuel.

The BP station in Cary at the corner Kildare Farm and Maynard Rd has carried it in the past. It is 100 octane no lead. I have not looked there lately.

It's been a year since I filled up, but they did have it a year ago.

Thanks - that's really good to know. I thought there were some other sources in the Cary area, but I couldn't remember exactly where.

If anyone knows of any on the north side of "town", please speak up...

Thanks,
