I wasn't aware of this discount until I was speaking to Aryan on the phone today about scheduling some testing, so I figured some of you guys weren't either.

THSCC gets $100 off Car Guys entry fees.

Car Guys comes to VIR twice this year, once next weekend, and once October 14-15.

THSCC rate for 2 days at VIR full with them is $375, not too shabby for 2 hours per day on track.

Just an FYI. He said he is seeing little to no business from this, so the deal will probably not be around next year. I figured maybe people just didn't know and this would help.

When Scott was El Presidente last year he posted about Car Guys giving us a $100 discount. Sounds like it is still in effect. Look back, in this section, to July of 2005 for the Car Guys thread.

$375 for 2 days on full isn't a bad deal with 2hrs of track time each day. Weather should be pretty nice in mid-October. Hmmm....

I did the Car Guys event last October. They added an extra run group and cut time down to 90 minutes/day. Before I got on the PCA train for Sept 23, I had inquired with Car Guys if they were again offering a THSCC discount. Never heard back from them.
