I think the size is a refelction of that fact that aerodynamics on production based cars was still in its infancy. I would imagine that you could probably cut by a factor of four the drag without losing a single bit of downforce if you had the budget (wind tunnel), knowledge (Adrian Newey) and time.

I think that using the phrase "correct hoses and clamps" added about 20K to the price.

Being that only 39 were produced and they were not brought in by BMW that would exclude them from stock class. I believe I would have more fun with a stable full of M3s and E30s. I also have not hit the power ball yet. He He
