With our current online registration what you enter
in the driver profile and what items you select when you register
is the data we receive.

BE SURE to select the BANQUET in FEB if you want to attend!
PLEASE! Go back and look at the events you are registered and
verify the items selected. Call me or Stacy if you have any problems.

Each entry MUST select the
banquet. You should only be charged for banquet entries GREATER than
1 the way registration is set up .In other words do don't pay for
yourself only guests.

Did I mention: On Line Registration is open for FEB FIR FULL COURSE?

Still working on results .................

See Ya On track!

I would like to thank Mitchell Moore, Bowie Sr, David Salama , the Strayers and all the others who offered help. My 944 Turbo blew a headgasket and I drove it to the track with a tire trailer. I appreciate the help in getting everything home. It really is a strong community of good people.

Thanks,
Mark

Jim Pastorious, I happen to know your instructor and a couple times throughout the weekend he mentioned how well you were doing. Said you were a natural at this (damn you, I had to work at this to get somewhat good!). He had a greattime and enjoyed riding with you. Sounds like you will be moving up the ranks quickly.

Ron

Thanks Ron. Coming from someone with your experience and talent is speical. Bill was a great instructor. He let me figure out a bunch of things on my own and never let me get into any danger.

He came up to me as I was getting ready for my first solo and informed me he would be watching. That was a lot pressure :)

That's me Matt! Thanks for the video. I see at the end you acknowledged my wave to let you know a passing signal would be forthcoming. I hope I didn't hold you up too long. We had a very courteous group with good communication and etiquette between us the entire weekend.

The thing is that I never felt held back. If I was behind a slower car or driver, I looked for something to learn.

What a great attitude!! I wish the corvette drivers felt that way. They should let the miatas pass, just to watch their line in the twisties!

Yep and even a driver in front with a poor line is a very helpful learning tool. No sense in wasting ANY track time.

Funny Stacy, I have often said that in class room. Swallow the ego and let the "slower" car pass. Then watch and see why they caught you. A free lesson while on track!

Just don't wait until the slower car/driver's braking point to use your brakes . . . it may be too late for you

It really was a great event, and thank you everyone because we the staff didn't have to run from here to there to get things done..We actually got quite a bit of track time ourselves for once.

and we finally got Alex out on track..
