I registered(I think) for the upcoming HPDE at VIR on Sep 9-10.
However, when I look at the participant list, I don't see my name on it.
When I look at my registration it shows as pending payment, which I take to mean that I have successfully registered and payment will be transferred nearer the event date.

Am I wrong?
Is there something incomplete on my end regarding my registration?

I definitely don't want to show up on Sep 9 to find that I am not registered.

Any help or advise would be very much welcomed!!!

Strange, I don't see my name in there either, even though I registered and it's in my MSR dashboard. You can contact the registrar through the event dashboard to make sure you're on the list.

Joseph, we do instructor pairings in the order folks register, so if you aren't confirmed yet, you are still in the que for pairings. No worries though, we are still a few weeks out from the event, so you should see yourself on the confirmation list soon enough. In regards to payment, as it states in the registration, we charge cards 2 weeks before the event, so that should be sometime next weekend.
