While you were on the phone (how did you get them to actually answer it BTW?) did you ask why the Lodge isn't taking reservations on-line, or returning calls to make reservations for the THSCC event weekend? It will likely be too cold to sleep in my car.

I spoke with Kerrigan at VIR and the shut down is basically the month of July, so we are good to go in two weeks.

Yes. I made reservations at the Lodge last week. Whoever is running their website hasn't finished the reservation/payment processing pieces yet. As for the not returning calls...I bet they are just inundated with calls about the track closure.

Stephen and myself left messages with no return calls. I did manage to get someone this morning and finally made my reservation, which they have been known to 'lose' BTW, so don't forget to bring your confirmation with you. Ask me how I know.
