Who's in this year and who's driving or doing what? I know that at least the Silver Bullets and Simon Says are going to be there; Remchak's team Ho Lee Fook is sitting this one out, as well as the un-named Lexus team that I'm on.

I'm in Simon's crew roster again this year.

Actually the Silver Bullets 580SX will be piloted by members of three separate THSCC-based teams this time.

Randy Melton - Silver Bullets
Cline Hall - Silver Bullets
Vincent Keene - Super Westerfield Bros.
Aaron Buckley - Super Westerfield Bros.
Steve Remchak - Ho Lee Fook
Larry Hamaker - Ho Lee Fook

As long as the car holds together and we don't have to wrench on it the whole time, I'm sure it will be a fun race.

Pretty sure our club President and crew will be there in the Beast Mode Integra.

The Duff Beer Civic will be there, but I won't be there with it. I'm working in Estonia and Latvia for a month, so I'll be back just in time for the VIR HPDE and the CMP LeMons race back-to-back weekends. Robert, Ricky, Charles Lankford, and Kraig Klippel will be piloting it, and with the new classing system within Chump, we could actually be in contention for a trophy.

Looking good, we went from 74th to 21st before the first pit stop, currently at 26th. It's killing me not to be there; I'm texting the team when I see the car slow down.

5:30 pm Duff was 15 or 16 when I looked. Now they are 47. Looks like they got penalty laps.

11:00pm Simon says is in first. Duff in 49th.

Yeah, I don't understand the position numbers that I'm seeing on race monitor. Some laps are repeated with different times, and I'm losing connectivity with Race Monitor a lot, even though I'm sitting in a hotel with really good Internet service at 5:44 A.M. Then we alternate between 44th and 17th for several laps.

I heard earlier that we did get hit pretty well on lap 33 by someone passing us in the uphill S's, and the front driver-side wheel appears to now have significantly more negative camber than it had before the hit.

It looks like we're still out there though, Simon is winning, Beast Mode is back on track after taking an hour and a half off for something, and The Silver Bullets are not running.

Correction, just got a text that we have a problem with the brakes where we got hit, and may need a new caliper.

And apparently we were hit again; it's really aggressive out there tonight. The car is now retired until we can get some brakes on it.

Beast mode got hit by a car entering the pits from track left. The completely unsuprising rumor is that it was a car that spent time on its roof after trying to go 4 wide through oak tree with Aaron and 2 others.

Simon is sitting in p1. Ronald's Racers is 4 laps back providing some pressure.

We cracked a front rotor. We noticed it right before the end of our stop. Total stop time was 12 minutes which was enough to put Ronald's Racers right behind us. Currently in p2 by about 25 seconds.

Duff Beer has retired for the evening. It appears as if something in the crankcase escaped through the side of the block. The team has gone to bed and will look at it in the morning.

5:12 am local time.
Simon says is in 2nd about 90 seconds back.

Silver Bullets are running and just passed Duff beer in the standings to 64 position.

6:10 am local time Looks like Simon and Ronald's racers both pitted but Simon lost 2 laps. Silver bullets are still running and moving up to 63rd spot.
