Opened last month in Ware, MA - about 1hr15min from my folks house. The layout reminds me a bit of Barber - except CCW.

Here's in-car video:

It looks kinda like VIR when it first opened - no curbing, no armco, very few tires.

I'm thinking about doing a HPDE there in October during a visit with the folks.

Where are your folks at? I have family in Franklin which is also about 1:15 away.

This course looks to be up there with WGI an RA as far as how much mistakes are going to cost goes.

Folks are right up I91 in Brattleboro, VT. Growing up there, I've always said: Better to be a Brattlebonian than a Masshole.

I'd like to check it out - my dad would love to go. He ran at Limerock and WGI back in the 50s & 60s - those are still on my bucket list.

It is a Chin event on 10/3-4. $600 for a two day HPDE seems a little steep - guess I'm spoiled by our events.

you'll get as much track time in one day with with chin than most clubs give you in two. you'll also have a dedicated instructor (if you have one).

No corner workers :-) (yeah, they're just standing around in somewhat odd places) I really like their use of k-rails (hiway construction barriers) for walls. I hope they've anchored the shit out of them -- they may weigh 2-ton (or more) but a car can easily knock one over.

That track looks like an interstate drive through the mountains. It's like 4 cars wide. And without the markers and curbs, it really does look like a sunday drive. ('tho at much higher speeds.)

[Edit: And it's a 12hr drive, on the best of days.]

Former THSCCer Dan Durusky ran an event there recently and said the track is absolutely fantastic. Yeah, there is a lot of stuff to hit, but he didn't go off. There is a ton of elevation change and some exciting blind stuff that results.
