I've decided to head down to CMP this June, so I wanted to ask if anyone was looking for a room mate. Was planning on heading down early on Friday and dropping the trailer off at the track. I typically don't snore if that helps....

let me know please....

Rodney doesn't snore, but he does have rear end problems.

Choose your poison.

Ricky says that you'll be bunking with us in the Duff Beer and Amalgamated Enterprises Mobile Oppression Palace.

Just for clarity and so there are no surprises, I am always the outside spoon.

Roger - my wife says the proper term for the outside spoon is "The big spoon". :lol:

I'm pretty sure I'll be there and will be camping - my trailer is available for a cot if you need it. :thumbsup:

I'm going to let you practice your "outside" spooning on Ricky. I'll be sleeping in the corner w/ my back up against the wall, thankyou....

I think you're about 7' tall, so you might not be comfortable on the bunk beds, but the bed in the back and the bed over the cooler should be fine. Ricky generally sleeps in the back, surrounded by a ring of black candles and guarded by a pair of Rottweilers with glowing red eyes, so I'm guessing you'll get the bed over the cooler and I'll get the lower bunk bed.

Correction - I won't be there. :( I was reminded that is graduation weekend - otherwise known as "Get ready to start paying another college tuition".

bringing this thread up from the dead. Thinking about hitting CMP the 2nd weekend in June. Anyone looking for a roommate? If the weather looks to be decent, I may just camp out.

I think that the Duff palace will be full. Robert isn't signed up yet, but he should be debuting his new Spec Miata race car that weekend.

I asked about camping and they quoted $15 a night to camp. They never answered my question about power. Is there basic power there at the camp sites? Just need some for a fan and lights...

So I'd ditching on CMP again this year, but for a good reason. Heading back to Germany this Aug. No plans for the "ring" though. Just to do some traveling and go see the BMW plant and then cross country to the North Sea. Looking forward to the trip, but needless to say, gotta save my coins for the trip...
