Lemons at CMP in May, anybody else going?

Any other Tarheel teams going to CMP for the Lemons race in May? The Grim Reaper Racing Mustang and our sister team, the Austin Marina will be there.

The Prelude isn't ready, but we finally figured out a cause for our overheating issues. Thus, Magnum PU will be sitting this one out, but plan on being at CMP in September. It's been a very frustrating year, but we're seeing a hint of light at the end of the tunnel.

Thanks. What did you guys figure out for the overheating, head gasket? Hope you all get it ready for the fall. Much more fun out there there with the Magnum team on the track.

Tighten up the screws and put on some goop and you'll be good as new.

We could have it fixed in time to make the May race, but we have vowed to not enter another event without the car first passing a test session. The plan is to get it fixed late May and test it at our THSCC HPDE at CMP in June. If it passes the test we'll be at the September race.

I was checking that out at VIR...that thing is pimp. It needs a "theme" to match the Grim Reaper race car though. I suggest covering it in some of that wood grain look vinyl and calling it the coffin.

We had wiring harness and head gasket problems, pretty much the usual for us.

Who's going to Sebring? I've been running it on iRacing and it looks like a lot of fun.
