Grim Reaper Racing Mustang will be there with a rookie driver on the team.

Ditto for Magnum, PU. Well Ben isn't a rookie driver as he now runs in the THSCC Red group, but this will be his first actual race.

I'm sure Kaitlin will do fine in your car.

I really need to do more track days. I think the last time I was at VIR I was in yellow with him.

We'll be there with the new bus. I may be more excited about the new race hauler than the race car. Of course the race hauler is probably faster than the race car, but they won't let me take it out on track.

Hey, if Speedycop can take an airplane on the track, your new bus doesn't even sound odd!

Maybe a theme based on the hauler with the car on the trailer. You could work on the car during the race. Of course you would need to use magnets to keep your tools from falling off the trailer in the turns. Might want to strap the crew down too....

Hmm, a 78 gallon gas tank and beds in the bank. We could stay out for a long time, do driver changes in the front straight.

Sounds like a new concept. 24 hours with NO pit stops!

Just don't be behind them when the "coffee can" gets dumped out the window....

I put 5 gallons of apple ale in the fermenter today. I should have plenty to drink and a nice place to hang out if the car blows up.

8.6mpg You'll be out of gas in 200 laps. (291 to be exact, but you'll never be able to get the tank that low) And you'd have it on it's side within 2 laps. Or black flagged and removed from the state of SC after "shorting the course" -- i.e. flying off at the kink, going through the corner station and the sand and back on at T12, like nothing happened :-) I'd love to see you try to get it into the penalty box!

Did I mention, the thing weighs 6ton. (even after removing the DMV office from it.)

I am planning to go to spectate. I will be camping because a lot of the fun happens after dark. The old F450 I used to tow with for TRC might give Rodger's tow a run on the track. It held 118 gal of fuel. With the gearing it had it redlined at 80 MPH. I wonder how long that Navistar motor would last like that.
