Bill Foster drove 1st Sat. during the rain, the car's a real handful in the wet.

Bill must have been really smooth with the throttle. Most of the RWD cars were pretty much helpless out there in the rain compared to the Civic, but I followed him around for a while trying to get in position for a pass and I don't think that I ever got by him. I was really surprised, given what a torque monster that thing must be.

Bill Foster has been racing for more than 25 years and is an instructor with about twelve different venues. He said that he kept the car in fourth for the entire course. And could spin the rear wheels any time he put more than 3/4 throttle.
