I wouldn’t assume that it’s to late. My plans were to stay at Lake Hyco in a cabin but there was a mix up when I called them last month. Since that didn’t work out I called Innkeeper this past Monday and they still had rooms open try them at 336-599-3800. If they are full call one of the other hotels listed as overflow on the event website. If for some reason you cant find a room there is camping at Lake Hyco that doesn't rely on reservations and is affordable.

innkeeper is not an option-no pets allowed, and i carry 2 dogs. where is lake hyco? other option may be camping w/bike club on north course, but they cannot be reached until i get there.

Did you find the Lake Hyco information? The number is 336-599-4343 and it 10 miles west of Roxboro on NC 57.

FYI, if you say "Lake Hyco" they'll assume that you don't know what you're talking about and jack up the price. Danvillians say "Hyco Lake".
