Thanks for the offer, but Stephen is right. Judi is all over this and seems to have everything lined up!! I wish I had been that organized when I chaired the event.

We just need to get the ladies to actually REGISTER for the event. I've had plenty tell me they are coming, but they haven't done the paperwork yet.

LADIES - REGISTER, PLEASE!!!!!

I spoke briefly w/ Judy and she's seems to have everything in order. I understand you have your art work and special prizes setup. The bus is also taken care of.

What I need to know is what time are you planning on setting up on Friday? I'll go and get the key and help where I'm allowed to

PLEASE let me know if you need anything and if I can help. I understand the policy of us guy types not being allowed, but as GM you can't get rid of me that easily :wink:

I'll order PJ's next week and have them set up by Friday.

We need to find out who is spamming the registration list. Some of the more recent additions look to be VERY suspect. :roll:

I'll be sending emails out to all the students on Monday, but for those that are interested, next week the gates will open at 7am (unless someone bribes me to open them earlier). The drivers meeting will be held promptly at 8:15am. All the drivers need to have done before the meeting is to have their cars teched and register & pay if they haven't already done so. We'll have instructor led course walks after the drivers meeting. Thanks!

paid for Wendy and she is so ready to go to the event. She is trying to bring a friend from school but not sure how serious the other girl is.

Sent the event email out to all of the students. For all those involved, we are sticking to the 8:15am drivers meeting and gates opening at 7am.

I want to say a big thanks to all the men in the club for getting your wives, girlfriends, friends, etc. to sign up! We currently have 21 students! We do have a few more slots open if there are any latecomers. Registration will stay open until Friday morning and I'm sure we'll take walk-ups Saturday if you have anyone else that wants to participate! Keep in mind the next Chicks School will be in 2012.

Also, a special thanks for all the women who are helping out instructing, setting up, tech, etc!!!!

Anybody driving back to the Cary area after the chick school? Just curious if my wife could leave her car there and just ride back up with me on Sunday. She could obviously chip in for gas or something.
