One requirement - you guys must use the same course you did in 2008, or as close as you can reasonably get to it. All in agreement?

Ay.

Seriously, thanks Stephen. I imagine we'll have a separate thread soon for tracking event chairs, but we'll keep your name on October.

Fast and open only works for high horsepower cars if the course allows them to use their acceleration without having to slow where the little engine cars don't have to slow. I used to do my best relative to Corvettes in my Datsun Z on courses designed by Corvette drivers. With Sanford also keep in mind that the narrow cars are more likely to have clean pavement rather than gravel.

Chris Peterson is volunteering to chair the June Danville event. I'll co-chair with her and do course design.

I volunteer to to design the course and/or co-chair the August Nationals Test & Tune at Laurinburg. Maybe Feinberg, Spratte, Donnie, or someone else will join me.

I wanted to go ahead and solicit/request/beg for a seasoned autox person to help Alex with the novice school and 1st autox event. I'll be the GM for the event (don't let that scare you off). Yes, we still have some time before the event, but I'd like to get at least a commitment from someone to help out here.
