I don't believe I saw any British cars in Whitney's Eurotrash entry list.

Anyway, here's my prediction:

1. Rudolph
2. Dieter
3. Hans
4. Franz
5. Ulbrecht
6. Ahhhnuld
7. Alfredo Fettucini
8. Bernhard
9. Dieter's monkey (Wilhelm)
10. Gottlieb

Don't forget to burn the mold release compound off the new tires before tomorrow...you probably need some practice launching the car anyway. :)

Ha! I must be getting soft in my old age, because I haven't once made myself "light 'em up".

I actually caught a cone on fire today. Does that represent a club first?

It certainly merits mention, honorable or otherwise. Don't worry, this isn't the last you'll hear of it :P

Lots of fun! I considered lobbying that my car was actually a European ST170, then realized I had *no* chance

Video!

Run 2 - 72 something?

Run 3 - met my goal of losing it  - next on the list is a full 360

Hope you folks liked our Doggy! Now that's some Euro Trash :P

I just saw the results

I take that back - the Focus was a Euro design, and the SVT was a rebadged Cosworth retune - do I get a prize?

Results are up!

Mike and Rodney, I have to say that this is going down as one of my favorite courses, my *15* cones not withstanding. :D (Workers, I do apologize!) I'd love to see this course show up again sometime. Plus, I think it would make an excellent design for an intermediate school.

I also want to give kudos to the course workers of the first heat when I was doing raw sheets in the bus. You folks rocked keeping up with all the calls and doing all the repeat calls that I couldn't hear for "local" noise or when we stepped on each other from all the calls.

Thank you to everyone that made this event happen.

I personally had a great time and the wet afternoon runs were really fun (too much tire pressure + wet pavement = no grip). :) :D

That's really incredible Christopher. Great driving man! Same goes to Mike and certainly Keith for making it happen on old (now corded) tires- WOW. I'm glad you'll be in a different class at the mountain bike race today. j/k

That course was really great Mike & co. The first two boxes really forced you to take the 'correct' line. Every third car was hitting the inside exit cone on the second box.

Plus, the optional slaloms were interesting and I think going right each time was ideal; although I blew the first one twice.

This layout definitely rewarded those who can come out of the gate fast and cone-free, especially with the wet course for the afternoon runs.

Did anyone else go faster on the last two runs just by not hitting cones?

Anyone know if Keith was in his 330 or the borrowed 135?

In answer to an earlier question, Jim F. was "fastest" on his last run, but that was only good for 5 seconds out of first place.

When I look at the D-Stock results I can't help think "Woodshed."

:) :) :)

I was in my ZHP for my first run and Scott C's 135i for my second run. My right front tire corded during my first run, which made the ZHP only turn right for the last half of the course.

IMO, the 135i is a very good car - my lap was the first time driving it, and it's completely stock/OE other than a front sway bar and Hoosier A3SO4's.
