Great photos Dave. Nice to see one of me in there.

I finally finished editing some of my photos which can now be viewed on my site.

Enjoy,
Jeff

Damn you, Jeff, and your photography skills.

Now I just have to decide which one I want.

Get the 2nd one.

And now the moment that you've all been waiting for ...

Tarheel earned $2572 in profit from the two-day event including sales of t-shirts and dead birds. Add to that $1330 in cash from raffle ticket sales, the two 50/50 raffles and fun runs. Then let's pile on 46 checks from members, sponsors and friends and family made out to the V Foundation that total $7335.

We have raised $11,487 that goes 100% to fund cancer research. Thanks to everybody that helped out!

Word on the street has it that Bowie likes nice round numbers, so THSCC will be cutting a check that turns that into a nice round $12,000.

Bravo, and see y'all next year!  :word:

Ok. Somehow I missed this. How is it that you go about getting the "receipt" for tax purposes? Besides getting the returned check. I thought I heard something about going to the site and printing off a receipt for an event.

Can someone lend a hand here. Thanks. :D

You'll get a thank you letter from the charity that serves as your tax receipt.

Wow. That's just astonishing.

Wes revealed at the meeting last night that the "run at" goal was $10K for this one. I'd say we pretty well shattered that goal. We should all be very, very proud of this.
