I thought folks may be interested that Shawn Whipple is now an instructor with the Evolution Performance Driving School. He will be making his debut as an instructor this weekend. Congratulations Shawn!

good stuff..

shawn instructed me in my first advanced school way back when...he was a much better instructor than i was a student. he did almost put us into the weeds though while trying to "show me something"

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I was both honored and surprised when Tim asked me to help them out this weekend. I have to say, you couldn't ask for a nicer group of folks to work with, Tim, Jinx and Rob all helped me work my way into the role. Eric, well I'll have to give him a break this one time and say he was extremely helpful too. He's a great instructor despite any comments to the contrary from the certain individuals whose only job seems to be acting as a member of the THSCC cyber peanut gallery.

I learned a ton about instructing from all those guys and I had a great time working with both the students and the instructors. I'm still working on my list things to remember, it keeps getting longer.

I hope everyone had fun and learned some skills that they can take home and use at their next event.
