Not to bust up the Bunyan lovefest, but. . . .

Pictures of FT* and a bunch of other folks are uploading now. Server is taking it's time, but there will be 117 shots when it's finished.

Maybe an ITR in DS.

Upon further review, Eric looks like he's giggling. The car owner looks like he's puckering.

Man I wish that I'd shifted from aperture priority to shutter speed priority before this picture was taken. Dangit.

It was the car owner going, "Oh shit, he's gonna hit a cone and spoil the wax"

Yes, there will be some waxing to do, the car is currently covered in cone marks from both he and I. However it was worth it to ride along with Eric on those last two runs, it was exhilarating to say the least. Though he didn't manage a clean one, they were both incredibly fast and the first time I've seen him start to feel really comfortable in it and show me what it is capable of. I think that was the first time I've seen him with the "shakes" post-run. Definitely a good time. :D

Les wasn't the only car owner thinking that Sunday

(No laboratory animals were hurt during this test of the Tarheel Intermittent Traction Interrupter.)

Boy, I'd sure like to see those results posted! :D

I interpret the meaning of your missive to be that I wish to gloat over my recent success. If that is the case, you are correct.

Sorry about the results guys.. I have an email into Mr. AXWare as Carl said. Hopefully I will have everything fixed today and results will be up tonight.

That looks like that is gonna hurt. What is the orange rim on the fender? Is that an illusion, reflection or cone blood?

Reflection. Karl keeps his car very shiny! The zoom distorts distances - I ended up punting the first two (I think) cones with the door. The tail wag happened pretty fast, but fortunately the S2000 understood the two most important commands of the 5.0 command language: Opposite Lock and WOT.

If it makes you feel any better, my yellow car is featured, but never with me behind the wheel.

I was just thinking that as often as I spin, I can't believe I don't have a picture of it yet. This weekend's spin coming out of the sweeeper would have been a good one!
