Mike Dishman and I did an event in 2000 where we ordered magnetic dash plaques. I think the cost was about the same as the regular dash plaques. My thoughts were similar to Vincents' that people could put them on their cars- or at least those with metal cars. If nothing else, they could be lined up on your fridge or filing cabinet at work.
I tried to encourage us to get magnetic dash plaques for every event that year, but nobody else every took the suggestion.
I wouldn't mind getting a magnetic trophy the size of a dash plaque for an award. I also like the year long trophy boards and think we should bring those back if you want to cut down on wood.
