So when Miles says "For the Novice School, we will allow members, and non-members invited by a club member to have priority. Invite that friend that's been interested in autocrossing to come and join you." and "If you are a member and want to invite a friend that is a NOVICE and a non-member, please help them get signed up."

Does that mean it's okay to share the password for the school?

Yeah, you can share the August passcode with non-member novices who you want to invite to the school. Just don't give them the September passcode (which y'all don't know yet, but will in a week or less).
