I tried booking a room at the Best Western yesterday and it was all booked up except for Jacuzzi rooms so I will be staying at the Sleep Inn. It is slightly more expensive but less than the cost of a Jacuzzi room at the Best Western.

I just booked a room at the Best Western Windsor Inn (just across from the airport) for $72 a night through expedia.

Just a heads up if the other hotels fill up.

If it's a non-smoking room, I'll split it with you. - AB

Non-smoking. Will you be driving the Crossfire?

Sounds good Marcus. I'll see you at the event. As for the car, it's still up for debate. ;) - AB

We're bringing an RV to Danville for the NCAC and we were wondering if it would be possible to park it and stay at the airport Friday and Saturday night. My guess is the answer is no, but if anyone from Highlands could respond, that would be great.

On *every* trip to Danville where there was a two day event, I've left stuff onsite. However, I've never heard of anyone being allowed to stay onsite. I wouldn't count on it.

I was planning on leaving my car at the site and just walking over to the hotel.

Marcus, I'll have Bryan's Excursion, so you can just ride with me. - AB

Shane, any idea on the run group order? we doing all-at-once or morning-afternoon runs?

I was told "no camping on site". I'm not sure about leaving a car there, although personally, I wouldn't. The hotel is so close I plan to change tires there and just drive on the R-comp all weekend.

No idea on the run groups yet, but it will most definitely be all-at-once with 4 or 5 groups. As it gets closer we'll establish preliminary run groups based on the pre-reg entries.
