Poll: NCAC Prep Event Aug 18 or 19

CCG? Didn't hear about it. I'm probably not gonna go to the NCAC, but I think I may come out to this preview event for seat time, since I've never had the opportunity to run a school event (novice, evo or otherwise).

I'm all but convinced with this, you can count me as a tentative yes again, but I'm still working on getting my wife to come to this event. If she's not interested, I might fly solo at this event, although its never as much fun that way.

I'm surprised that you weren't at the CCG, Brice. It seemed tailor made to what you wanted. That also goes to others out there that were interested in learning more about getting into an unfamiliar event run by a different club with different standards.

I'm not sure if I am going or not yet. I just got new V710's that I won't be "practicing" on, so I would have to find another tire solution if I want to go. Still working on that.

What about collecting email addresses from all the THSCC entrants at the last AX? There's got to be 7 that we could shake loose - maybe email novices too that aren't members and say if they join they can take part?

If someone gets me a list I would be willing to do it.

You know I was all for this practice. Bernie and I both wanted to help Art, plus get the seat time. But, that being said, it is what it is, time is running out, and it just doesn't look like we're going to have the interest to collect 30 folks. Remember, to have 30 enter means maybe 25 will show. I say be done with begging. The AXVP's will know if we can make it work $$$wise. Hope we can, 'cause I've been looking forward to it, but hey... :whoknows:
