It's been open for like five minutes and at this time, there are already nearly 50 people registered. If you're going to this event, go register RIGHT NOW.

You're right, I do want to go, but with DC the weekend before, L'burg this weekend and a possible vacation the beginning of July, Atlanta will have to wait. :cry:

Edit: strike that. There are two registration windows, for a total of 200 drivers. So Todd you've still got time to change your mind ;->

9 A Stock drivers including some very very fast folks. Should be fun.

I believe that is just the first half of registration, right? Don't the other 100 positions open up tomorrow or Wednesday?

Well I'm gonna go down there and try to have a positive attitude. I think that if I can clean it up, I can hang with these fast guys in A Stock. For the moment though, there's a little voice in my head whispering to me, "you're gonna get MURDERED down there!"

Oh well. I've already paid, so no backing down now.

I'm kind of wishing that ATL had been announced BEFORE DC registration opened. I'd probably be making that trip instead of going to DC.

I will be registering tomorrow. I found a co-drive in an heavy STS car with nice 17 inch Bridgestones on it.

Casting myself aside for a moment...that's a stout, stout list of AS drivers. I've got mixed emotions - I'm stoked, yet like I said, I'm a little apprehensive about going down there with the sole purpose of being taken to the wood shed.

I intend to show up there on sticker A6s, bringing no excuses along with me for the trip. We shall see. I can hang with these guys if I just put it together

Todd, the STS2 entry list is very strong. Are you SURE you don't want to go and run with these guys?

Chuck, Donna, where the heck are you guys on this thing? Surely you're not going to Peru. The concrete is immaterial (and rough on cars) now that Topeka isn't at Forbes anymore. At least, that's what I've been led to believe...

I REALLY do want to go to this (hey, someone has to finish last right?) but it was scheduled too late. If it was on the schedule BEFORE DC opened, I would definately be going to ATL. But they couldn't make up their mind about it so I gave up.

It kind of sucks in a way.
