And do I get extra PAX points if I run with a bike on the bike rack?

No. Only if you have someone sitting on the bike while you do you runs.

Mountain bike or road? Or BMX by chance?

Mtn, road or trials (stock or mod) ...or fixie, or track or single speed...or an old Schwinn 3 spd cruiser. I think that about covers our bike collection...at least the ones that are built. I count 4 framesets hanging in this room alone, who knows what's out in the shed or in the attic. Sorry, no BMXers.

Kick ass!! That sounds like me and my roomies' collection in college. I'm being responsible now with only three bikes in my shed...

OK, I hate to start a new thread just to ask this, so I'm axing right here since it pertains to the June 10th event :D

A totally stock Mazda 3 (not mazda speed3) looks like it would be in HS according to http://www.moutons.org/sccasolo/Lists/2006/stockm.html

Before I preregister, and screw something up by entering the wrong class, does anyone have any advice or imput on this? And do I get extra PAX points if I run with a bike on the bike rack?

Thanks a bunch! 8)

Mazda3 firmly in H Stock and some would say the car to have in H Stock.

I'd love to ride along with you once, my wife wants a 3.

If you want a ride, feel free to find me anytime too. I've found its a pretty darn good car, especially for the money. I run STS (rear sway bar, Cold Air intake and wheels/tires take me out of stock class) and even though I'm not all the prepped for an STS car, I don't feel like its the car holding me back from being truly competitive with Rodney and Lee, I even trophied at Laurinburg earlier this year.

We got my SIL a mazda 3 thru the Mazda support S plan pricing last year. It is a sweet car, and the major discount on the price was an added bonus.

just come and find me, I'm not good enough to notice the effect of any "ballast", the last 3 events I've run, my best times have been with a passenger.

Yeah, Chuck says his SciRocco drives best with a passenger, keeps the car balanced. And if you've seen his 'pissing dog' maneuver, you know what he's talking about.

Looks like I need a passenger in the left side of the rumble seat.

Well, there's three on the waitlist now, so as usual, we filled up.

I think I counted 9 of us in AS. Should be fun.
