hehe, if I actually had a well prepped STS car, I might complain about you not paying more, but I don't, so I'm not. Heck, its on 340 treadwear tires (despite my gigantic "help me pick my tires thread", I went ahead and got new 225/45-17 BFG G-force sports instead, since I got a killer deal on them; THANKS JEB). I really can't see how its gonna cost me more than $20 to let someone drive my car for the day. A well prepped car on R-comps, I can see charging more, but not my "jalopy" (I like that term, its funny).

Not on race tires. Except in 2004 when a guy tried running the 18 inch wheel setup that is mentioned in the owners manual as a winter tire setup. That guy got protested for running illegal rear wheels and the protest was upheld.quote]

How did he do?

I doubt seriously anyone will mistake you for poor. You do afterall, drive a new car and have a budget for a set of race tires for that car.

Nope, no one is going to accuse you of being *poor* anytime soon

I'd rather go heads up, the Celica, a has-been DS tghen GS car against the Crossfire.

If Sally's name weren't on the title I'd even consider "Pinks."

What would the V-Foundation do with a Crossfire? What's that, a $19,000 car?

It's actually a pretty good value, if only DC had put a smooth hood on it rather than the corduroy look.

The funny part is I didn't even pay that much for the car so I would sell it for $19,000 happily.

Heck, they're so cheap, I think I'm going to pick one up! With my recent back problems, I think a nice cushy stock-class ride would be the ticket. DS, here I come! This should be fun!

Does an LS1 fit in this thing? It might make a good SM car too. Or is that SM2? How many seats does this thing have again? Man, I've got some research to do!

If it doesn't work out as an auto-x car, I think it would make a great rally beater! SO2 better watch out!

Jim

I know you're joking, but this is a Chrysler product, so you'd really want to put an SRT Hemi in there for SM(whatever). Or the Viper motor. Now *that* would be interesting!
