Thanks Emmie. How could I have possibly won STS2? I guess Todd jinxed himself by telling me to hit more cones.

I'm looking at the class results under STU. Anyone know what the "m" is for? It says 2Tm, which means 2nd place trophy, but what does m mean? Other classes have them and I didn't know if it was a typo or if it had meaning.

not that I'm that angry about it, but just to point out, I DID complete a fourth run, and it was a 96.653 (thats what the board said when I crossed the line). My wife watched it, and said she thought it was clean (I did too, but it was always so hard to tell). I'm not really worrying about season points, so its no big deal, just curious what happened to my last run, and I was even more curious if it actually was clean, cuz that would have placed me second in STS. Look out Lee, I'm comin for ya!

From looking at the results, if Brandon Peterson moved up from Novice, and my last run had been counted and was clean, 2nd-4th in STS would have been seperated by a mere .083 seconds, looks like its gonna be a competitive class this year!

hmm, I wasn't listed as a member, despite having recently renewing my membership, actually a lot of people were'nt listed as members that are. According to that list, our course designers aren't even members. . .

Brice, I'll look at the raw sheets when I get home tonight for your last run. Don't beleive the display. We were having issues with it again this weekend. Shoot me an email at axscoringATthsccDOTcom anytime if you notice a problem with the results.

Also, the member database in AXWare and the one that we keep as a club are not connected. We removed the "m" from the results in the past, guess I'll have to do it again.

as I said, I'm not angry at all about it, I recognize the nightmare this course must have been for you guys with that many cars on course at once. The display was correct for all the rest of my runs, and its believable to me, that run did feel a lot faster than any others I had run that day, the big question of course, and the main reason I bring it up, is I'm curious if it was clean. I ran a similar time earlier in the day (96.541) but +4, I'm just curious if I can claim the moral victory of my first open class trophy, despite lacking the hardware. . .

if it helps you find it, I was in the first grid of heat 4, and I remember Jeb (STS 27) was only one or two cars behind me, cuz as soon as I crossed the line, I pulled off to watch and see what his time was.

and I could care less about the membership lists being up to date in AXware, doesn't bother me either way, just observing. . .

Not that anyone really cares but me (and maybe Lee Williams), but I am super stoked right now. Todd has just informed me that my 4th run was indeed a 96.634, clean (incorrectly attributed to Brandon Peterson), beating out Lee for 2nd place in STS by a mere .083 seconds for my first ever open class trophy! Look out Rodney, I'm coming for ya (although you still whooped me by a solid 2 seconds). . .

Brice is correct. I should have caught it during the audit, but my brain was fried. 3 heats doing raw sheets will do that to you.

Congrats Brice!! STS should be fun to watch between Rodney Lee and now Brice gunning it out this year.

Jeb will surely be competitive as well, he's still sorting his car out after changing a couple things on it, but he whooped my butt on a regular basis last year, and will soon return to that form I'm sure. STS is gonna be quite a battle this year!

And now. . finally. . .photos are up.

Well, actually only about a third of them. The balance should be up in about 30 minutes.

I'd like to thank Jeff Eng who loaned me a CF card since mine were back at pit.

Enjoy!
