I'm back for some ASP action, at least until our little one arrives.

What? Are the Vette owners from VIR?

Well I was thinking of doing Sanford since it's close. Maybe the September one

I think I can get Farmer Steve to get off his Orange Kuboto tractor for a weekend and bring the garage queen out. Sooner or later he'll get tired of playing Green Acres...

I'd do more if we had an awning for the bus :leave:

Here's a deal for Steve, I'll supply the rubber if he lets me codrive the Z06 in ASP.
I meant rubber for the Z06 not the tractor.

I guess I'll be in DS again in the ITR using last year's V710s. Hopefully they will last until the NCAC and I'll bite the bullet and get another fresh set so that I'll have no excuse for being second or worse this year.

Since TIRE class is still lingering I might run the IS 300 a few times and attempt to learn the rear wheel drive thing. Unfortunately that's just going to make me want an S2k even more than I already do.

I thought about buying some extra rims and tires for the Prelude and joining you in DS, but you would have owned me for sure. It's looking like we are selling it soon, so good thing I didn't do that.

It's looking like another year in SM for the old Integra. The tire budget this year is slim though, so I don't expect to be a contender against those pesky Mini's and F-bodys. Not to mention that Prelude guy.....

What Prelude guy? I hear he's now on permanent baby-sitting duty. :P

Rumour has it he will be at all the events except Laurinburg this year. Technically that is enough to take home the SM season trophy if he won them all. I was hoping the extra weight in the back from the babyseat would slow him down some.

Hmmm, is that an open offer to any ASP Z06, or just the farmer edition ;-)
I have those trashed GY SCs I ran last Nov at Sanford. I think I can squeeze 1 more AX out of them before they cord. But I do have good brake pads that stop way better than organic ones

I am planning on running SM this year. Hopefully I can budget some new springs and V710's.

I'm thinking about running CP this year. That way I won't get beat by a Mini!

alright smart asses', thanks for thinking of me. actually i am out except maybe Sanford and i will probably run the BMW in SM on my clapped-out V710's and then TIR on my aging Falken 451's. i am committing to rally X & and maybe some track late in the season. if the grass grows, i am good to go.

I've not really decided what I will be running this year. Up till now couldn't imagine driving anything but the ITR. But it's been 4 years and I have this S2K 'laying' around being driven 99% by the wife - it has about 27k miles on the tires we got it with (they were new) and there's still 40% left (even on the rears) ! Admittedly, the tires are made of marble, but still ! Needless to say I'm having a hard time looking at the garage/driveway queen with pristine tires - just not right... And I think it might be time for some RWD action.
