For those of you in a fashion cave, "Members Only" is making a comeback.

I'm not kidding.

I saw a young kid wearing one the other day in a grocery store. He said his came from a thrift store. Are the producing them new again. I'd have to buy one just out of principle. Couldn't afford a real one growing up. I had one of the million "knock offs". I think mine came from K-Mart.

If you were old enough to be a part of the trend the first time around, you are too old for the trend the second time.

No Member's only jackets, stone/acid washed jeans, T-shirts that say 'relax don't do it', ripped jeans, big hair, etc for anyone that was born before 1979!

The wife teaches 8th grade history. She's seeing the jackets more and more. I saw one in a store a few weeks ago (outlet mall IIRC). So far, they are not as popular as they were 20 years sgo, but who knows in another 2 or 3??!?

And for those of you old enough to know about those trends. It all comes back around again. I laughed when I saw bell bottoms coming back in a big way with this generation.

Now as long as Disco doesn't come back it's all good...

I think I can get my father to part with his jacket, along with his 1995 Taurus. $2000 for the package deal!
