I am glad everyone had fun. Now it is time for Topeka!

Just another course comment -- I was at VIR all weekend, so I missed the event, but Jackie went, and she loved the course. I'm really sorry to have missed this event. :( We talked at length about it at dinner Sunday night, and she was able to draw a course map on a napkin of the entire course and tell me about it in detail! She said it was the first course she's driven on where there wasn't some part she didn't like. From looking at the results, I see her times improved with each run, so I was happy to see that.

Good luck in Topeka Adam -- we'll be pulling for ya!

Chuck

Well, even though Les beat me in my own car at this event ! I still had a good time and learned quite a bit co-driving with him. If you've never co-driven with someone, I would highly recommend it.

I also want to thank the Breakey boys for a great course design. It was fast and flowed well.

I didn't take a lot of pixs at this event, but the ones I did take should be up soon. I'll send an announcement when they are posted.

Jeff

Welcome to 4 years ago Jeff! Ryan and I both have improved due to our co-driving arrangement the past few seasons. You can't blame the car when it goes faster with a different driver. That's why K. Butler doesn't have a co-driver!

Hey, Jeff - you can at least say that if it had been scored as a rallyx, you would've beaten him soundly. :D

Speaking of which, I looked through the results to see how it would've ended up if scored that way - since we plan to do that at the Sanford tarmac rallyx in November. Not audited, might've missed somebody, could be incorrect, blah blah blah...

Top 5:

Driver Raw Total Indexed
Kevin Allen 232.5550 190.6951
Rick Butters 233.8620 194.3393
Keith Strassel 234.5890 198.2277
Marcus McRae 235.7770 199.2316
Jun Yang 237.7560 200.4283

PS - we don't index the times in rallyx, we just go by raw time.

Thanks for all the complements everyone. We are glad you had fun. Being my first time chairing an event, I figured something out.

NEVER be the event chair while also working as the head of scoring!!!! I'll remember that for next time!!

Good thing your co-event chair could pick up your slack.
