Tim's talked to me a lot about the school and it sounds fantastic. He actually did some Beta testing during a recent Phase 2 school and the students loved it.

I saw the info on the Evo list recently and frankly I can't wait to take that class.

Money can't buy happiness, but somehow it's more comfortable to cry in a Porsche than a Kia.

If there are enough folks in Tarheel interested in taking the school you can contact Jean Kinser.

Just an FYI, I have been talking to Jean about having a school down here possibly. If you have interest, shoot me a PM and let me know what phase you are looking at just so I can get a list of names going.

I talked to Tim Aro last night. He and Donnie are out in Topeka for the Midwest Divisional. I'm registered and had a plane ticket, but the Miata blew the front shocks again sometime between DC Pro and when DiSimo drove the car in Denver. Similiar to last year, just when I start to get the hang of the car, it's out of commission. We'll likely put the stock Bilsteins on it so I can do the NCAC. So, we're hoping to have the shocks back by nationals - that may or may not happen.

Anyway, Tim said the Extreme School (with GPS based data acquisition) is designed to accommodate 8 - 10 students. That makes it easier to put a full class together. In addition to comparing times from different techniques and lines, you will also get to see how your segment times compare to the instructors. He's continuing to do development and fine tune the school by experimenting with some of the Phase II schools he's been teaching. This sounds like the best autocross school that Evolution will have to offer.
