If we have a season pass, do we still need to register?

No, you are already registered. However, if you don't plan on making both days, you should unregister yourself.

I will send out an e-mail to all season pass holders in the near future describing how season passes will work with regards to payment for NCAC.

He does have a point. Last year it was pretty even between Tarheel and Triad. I hope we can make a more dominant showing this year.

I think Feinberg ran the numbers from last year and we would have won pretty handily. We shall see.

One procedural question. Will the 2006 NCAC run all of the normal THSCC classes or are there some required changes? For example will we run the indexed classes like X, Ladies, Novice, TIR?

Everyone driving a Honda is required to run in Ladies Class.

Rick, you don't run any of these classes, you aren't suppose to ask that question.

In all seriousness though, hold tight. An official response is coming, but I wanted to run it buy the other officers before I release it here as it effects our club members differently than everyone else.

I for one was dissapointed to here you will be combining all the Ladies into one class, although our car is prepared near the limits of DSP and will do fair in PAX ,there are many more ladies running in our state whose cars are not prepared as well who will suffer when combined with the Stock cars for the ladies class. The past 2 years CCR and TRiad have honored each class because we felt PAXing the ladies was an unfair advantage to the stock classes. It can be argued that these competitors could have prepared their individual cars better but in reality most dont bother because there is little or no competition in their respective regions.I'm sorry to hear of all the ladies participating, only 1 will carry home a first place trophy.

Uh... I don't think anybody's going to FORCE all the ladies into one class... that would start some shit, wouldn't it?

I see your point and agree with you in theory.

However, at last years NCAC there were 5 ladies classes that had 1 entrant. Another that had 2. What fun is that? So far in the year and a half of running the PAX'ed Ladies class we have had SP and Stock ladies take home the wood.

Its not perfect, but it does provide competition, which is what this is all about.
