I too would like to congratulate Eric on his win. You faced some serious challenges on your way to the win. It was fun to watch you do so well. Congrats!

BIG Congrats Eric!!!
also congrats to Jim F and Aaron on their wins.
Donna and I each moved up a spot on Sun. , but that's not a big deal.
I did get into the Bonus challenge thru luck of the draw, but was less lucky to pair up against Kevin Youngers the F stock class winner. (this year the class winners from classes with less than 5 entries are advanced to the Bonus challenge then the rest of the 16 car field is drawn from anyone who didn't qualify for any other challenge) Donna had decided to jump in the Celica on Sun since she just couldn't get a handle on Jacob's MiniS on the A6's. I had tightened the rear of the Celi for my runs since I didn't know how it was going to handle with the A6's, but loosened it up after for Donna since it wasn't stepping out at all.
When I got in the bonus, I couldn't adjust it back again for me, so I was conservative on my first side (that was most troublesome side for me) and finished with a 1.1 sec deficit. The second side I pulled out the stops and finished 0.5 sec ahead of Kevin, but it was too little too late.
I was dissapointed after that I hadn't loosened it up sooner, that was my fastest run of the weekend, and would have moved me up significantly in the standings. Oh well, maybe next time.

Note that by the time you ran the bonus challenge there was a good bit more grip than when you ran your Sunday morning runs, which would explain you needing to loosen up the rear a bit more than you may have even thought (and probably explains some of the extra time you picked up). It was pretty cool in the morning, but warmed up pretty nicely by lunch time.
