change in registration policy?

Did the registration policy change recently? I was always under the impression that it was open until Midnight on the Thursday before the event. The page that it takes you to actually still says that

We could not update your entry for the 03/19/2006 event, the event file has been locked.

Preregistration closes at midnight on the Thursday prior to each event.

If preregistration has closed, you will have to sign up at the event.

However, when I went to delete my entry (I'll be down there but won't be able to run), it says 6:00. So is that the new time? I'm assuming it is since it won't let me change mine. I just wanted to get some clarification since I never saw anything about the change. I want to make sure that I'm giving people the correct information.

The web page is right- I just never got around to updating the prereg script. I'll put it on my to-do list.

Yes, the actual prereg page, http://thscc.com/autocross/prereg_autox.html
is correct where it says:

Online preregistration closes at 8:00 PM on the Thursday prior to each event! You will need to register at the event after that time.

The thing that says midnight on Thursday is generated automatically by a script, and is not part of any web page. Midnight Thursday is incorrect, and I will change it when I get a chance.
