Gwen and I set this up with Steven three weeks ago. We will take the gate duties because I'm recovering from surgery and can't stand/ run after cones for two hours. Obviously he didn't tell you. sorry

Jason, sorry meant to post this, but I have been in touch with Stephen, and as Bernie Said, he and gwen will be working the Gate. Bernie I will be there EARLY so I can walk the course and get the Worker co-ordinator stuff setup.

Just so Everyone knows Aaron Buckley and I are standing in for The westerfileds unless seomting has changed.

Bernie, Gwen - Thanks!

I'll be there early with a stack of coursemaps for you to give out. Please make sure you have some Minor Release Forms as well as the standard waivers for any minors who will be participating in the event.

Minors MUST have (1) a driver's license, and (2) a parent/guardian present to sign the form.
