As you may have heard, this Sunday's Sanford event is called "The Big Easy" and we have two betting tables available to benefit the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

Five Car Stud - Bet on the top 5 PAX and/or RAW drivers.

Rules:
1. Minimum bet is $5 per bet (more is encouraged! It's for charity!)
2. Payable at a special table during registration on Sunday morning. Betting is closed at the end of the driver's meeting.
3. There are 2 bets available: TOP 5 PAX drivers and TOP 5 RAW drivers
4. Pick an alternate as #6 in the event that one of the top 5 is DNS
5. Whomever gets closest to the actual outcome WINS BIG! Winners will be announced at trophy presentation. Winner MUST be present to win.
6. The prize will be some collection of club merchandise and/or free autocross entries!!!
7. Feel free to place your advance bets below.
8. You CAN change your bet online at any time before 8pm on Saturday.

Scoring: 6,4,3,2,1 points for correct matches in spots 1-5. 1 point each for a "close call", ie right person in the wrong spot. 16 points maximum
possible. Tiebreaker will be the person that has the highest perfect match. Tiebreakers after that will be determined at the event. Scoring rules subject to change.

Hmmm... play around or be serious? I'll have to see who's betting on/against me and then decide. The STi is not mine, btw - I'm just co-driving with a novice again.

I would say NLT 3 STi's in both the top 5 raw times and top 5 pax times would be a good bet, but I'm not placing it.

Whose STi are you co-driving? Mike Chenery's?

I'm planning to be there with the Miata on street tire this weekend. I had some Falken RT-615 install a few week ago and I want to try them.
So don't count on me for raw time, maybe for street tire class????
