Donna,
It sounds like your surgeon gave you the good drugs! When Todd had oral surgery last year, he didn't have any dreams about Elvis.
Seriously, take it easy and try to do what the surgeon recommends. I hope you are feeling better soon.

Thanks Rebecca. I'm actually HAVING TO take it easy  otherwise I tend to fall over a lot. Or wake up in the middle of a sentence...

Gwen and I have about four or five runs each day on tape, from inside the car and two runs each day from a spectators view.

Bernie, please bring the video with you to Greenville. I'd love to see it!!

Dick,
I'm using quicktime and I keep getting an alert saying Quicktime is missing software to perform this operation. There is another message that states quicktime does not recognize this file... I'm LOST!!!!

Bernie,

Is your version of Quick Time up to date? Mine is version 6.5 running on a Windows XP system. Updates to Quick Time "should" be a free download.

Dick (not a computer guy . . . especially not an Apple computer guy)

Dick,
My version is 6.5 also, however on the chance that something was lost somehow or another, I updated it from the QT site and it immediately said files were missing, and restored/ updated it. Now I've viewed it and his is a better tape because of the rear view mirror being removed allows you to see more. I've got alot more runs with a mirror in the way.
Thanks for the help.
Bernie, not a computer guy either

Bernie,

Great.

FYI to folks that view the video that also drove the courses. In my opinion the driver (Shane?) was off line in several places in that he didn't adequately late apex a few key corners. As a result he wasn't set up well for the next corner or able to get on the power as quickly.

These courses rewarded late apexing! Conversely, "point to point" driving was costly as many folks found out the hard way.

Photos of the 2005 NCAC in Greensboro are up on the Triad website under Gallery (http://www.auto-x.com/galleries/2005/8-13-14-2005/index.html). There is a mind-numbing 700-800 photos of the event.

In past years the NCAC trophies were brought to the first event of the following season (or maybe to Xmas party as well?) by the The NCAC admin.
