Jim,

I've seen the published schedule. It doesn't mention (unless my eyes are failing me :D ) what time the gates open . . .

Gates are open as early as 6 am. I think you can get-in through the main ticket isle at that time.We are working on getting them open by 5 am for those early risers !!!

I'm leaning toward not going to NCAC now. :(

Nobody (as in, Heyward, Matt, Aaron, etc.) is running in STS, nobody AT ALL is in STX, I have a field to mow for the rallycross 2.5 wks away & a lot of other things to do at home, and it's going to be over $300 for the weekend - which could instead be spent on a weekend in Orange, VA for a rallycross (and still have $ left over). So I'm just really not getting excited about this event.

Maybe I'm just thinking too much?

You've got two days to get that WRX back to stock and run DS with us! j/k

It could be done pretty easily - only a few mounts/bushings, the springs & the rear anti-roll bar have been replaced. But no thanks to DS with the WRX - it may actually be getting mostly-prepped for STX soon. (not for autox so much as for better street/rallyx/driveability)

Situations beyond my control have forced me to cancel my VIR plans this weekend. So...just registered for E Stock!

11 entrants now registered for E Stock, 114 for the total event.

Their last event had about 70 preregistered and over 150 total participated. Has Triad mentioned anything about possibly imposing a cap on this event?

The problem that Triad has with so many people showing up only seems to occur at the Dixie site in Winston-Salem. I believe that they are prepared to impose a cap if necessary to prevent getting too many cars running as happened in Dixie if it is needed.

Well unfortunately we won't be there. Celica tranny is toast, and we need the time to get ready for nationals. Too bad... I really like that lot, my first time designing a course was in that lot. I understand they are using the upper lot as part of the course so it should be a long run.

Ooops! I had intended to un-register us, but it looks like I waited too late.

It's probably just as well that we had to cancel out. Blueberry is in the shop for a tranny. Chuck threw his back out. And for the second time this year I have an infection in my jawbone and am on drugs for pain. Crap. :(

Oh well...

Good luck everyone! :cheer: We'll be cheering you on from bed. :?

Sorry to hear this. I was hoping you'd show up so that I could tell you that my wife's B-day gift went over real well! Thanks again, and I hope you guys get better quickly.
