I'm glad to see that we are going to the Danville Airport. It's a good site and close by.

I've heard good good things about the Danville site. :) I look forward to running a new venue though I'm sorry to see the VMP site off the schedule. :( It was easy for me to get to and had nice facilities also.

Maybe Rocky Mount will build a new facility for the cops to train and we'll be back there in years to come. :whoknows: It's 20 mins from my house and I'm going to miss it most of all. :boohoo:

Slight change to the schedule. The June 20th event has been moved up one weekend to the 13th.

That should be interesting, I haven't been back to Danville since my parents moved away in the mid nineties!

Guys,

As of today, 12/19/2003, this is the official update on Danville. Some of the information on locations this year was published a little prematurely. Since it was published, I'll give you the background on Danville in particular. We are in the process of working out a site exchange with Triad. The hope is that they will run at Sanford and we will run at Danville.

However, this is all still in the process of being worked out. We do not have a confirmed date at Danville yet. I don't think Triad has had a chance yet to discuss the proposal with its membership so as to inform them.

The cat is probably long out of the bag and half way to California by now, but let's not go telling everyone that we're running at Danville just yet.

When it's official, I'll come back and let you guys know, or you'll hear it from one of the officers.

Miles

Hey folks!

Bumping this topic back onto the radar since, as you can see, the schedule is (finally) finalized. I will be asking for event chair volunteers in another note!

Thanks,
Mike
